About the Firm
A decade of risk mitigation. A new era of technology.
Gregg Global Group was founded in 2015 on a conviction that still holds: technology is only an asset when the risk that comes with it is governed.
The Firm
Built inside the industries we serve.
Our practice grew up inside legal technology — eDiscovery, regulatory investigations, digital forensics, and cybersecurity for national and global law firms, corporate counsel, and government agencies. That work taught us one discipline that transfers everywhere: regulated data demands evidence, not assurances.
Today the firm serves three industries that share that burden — legal, financial, and healthcare — through seven practices: legal technology & eDiscovery, cybersecurity, investigations & due diligence, compliance & governance, global risk advisory, AI enablement, and business consulting. Delivery scales through a U.S.-managed global model, and accountability stays with us. We operate as advisors, not resellers — our recommendations are governed by your regulator's expectations and your organization's interest, in that order.
Technology Driven Risk Mitigation® isn't a slogan we wrote for this website. It's the registered mark this firm has practiced under for a decade.
How We Work
- Advisory first. We diagnose before we prescribe; every engagement begins with the Assessment
- Technology-agnostic. We advise on your stack — we don't arrive with a product to move
- Evidence-driven. Findings in writing, ranked by exposure, defensible in front of an examiner
- Senior-delivered. The people in the room are the people doing the work, backed by specialist delivery partners under our supervision
- Confidential by profession. We were trained in industries where discretion is the product

David Jones
Chief AI Officer
Thirty years of enterprise technology sales and leadership across security, communications, and infrastructure — now applied to a single problem: bringing AI into regulated organizations without breaking the rules they live under. David architects the firm's AI enablement practice: readiness assessment methodology, private AI environments, and agentic workflow systems designed for organizations where "move fast and break things" is a liability, not a strategy.
